Kurt; I believe that there is a need for one like yourself to get this stuff out so that you could meet with a group of people, do a lecture and then take them through a meditation (possibly guided) to assist them breaking though to the other side(The Doors).
Reading this I can't help but believe that you are coming from your own direct experience. This is great. A pure American yogi without all of the spiritual baggage. Again thanks for taking the time and energy to make this available.

In this realm labels have no meaning and it doesn't matter which religion you belong to. It all depends on what really is going on deep inside of you and there is no more hiding behind pretenses. What do you hate? What makes you angry and worried? What do you fear? What are your deepest desires and guilt's? How forgiving are you really? These are the things that surface but also as you said the good images will also surface, and the repetitious ones even more so. The negative images and the attraction they bring usually carry more power and dominate the landscape. Its a lot like our nightly dreams which are all so interwoven and you loose all control, the Afterlife will be a lot like that.

Here's the glaring issue:

Everything must go, including the good!

All images must vanish for good!

Everything blocking your true vision is actually keeping you imprisoned!

All movement and all color must be surrendered unconditionally if you want to find Eternity and eternal peace!

Life is a spiritual stepping stone!

Use it and step beyond it!

Thanks for sharing your post on the afterlife and death. very interesting. I think the afterlife, if a Christian, will be full of images and life, and that your identity will still be there somewhat. Good stuff, thanks.
